Zentide is looking for a persistent and communicative Sales Collection Officer. You will ensure the financial health of our sales operations by managing accounts receivable and maintaining healthy cash flow from our retail partners.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor outstanding accounts and track overdue invoices from retail stores and distributors.
- Conduct field visits and follow-up calls to clients to negotiate and secure timely payments.
- Reconcile collected payments with the Finance department accurately and transparently.
- Deliver/drop off products directly to agricultural retail stores (Toko Tani) and physically inspect the condition of goods stored in their warehouses.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients while firmly enforcing the company's payment terms.
- Assisting Finance and Accounting Specialists regarding receivable accounts.
- Provide regular collection reports and flag high-risk accounts to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt collection, sales administration, or accounts receivable.
- Firm negotiation skills paired with excellent and polite communication.
- Possess a friendly, pleasant, and approachable personality to build strong emotional connections with local retailers.
- High integrity, trustworthiness, and attention to numerical detail.
- Possess a valid driving license SIM C and A for field collection mobility.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive within the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work climate of a startup.
- Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia.
