Production Supervisor

Zentide is looking for a meticulous and driven Production Supervisor to oversee our biostimulant manufacturing floor. You will ensure that our production targets are met efficiently without compromising quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Create production projection and schedule monthly production based on sales target
2. Lead and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring production schedules align with PPIC targets.
3. Monitor product quality and ensure all manufacturing processes comply with biotechnology SOPs and hygiene standards.
4. Implement and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols on the production floor.
5. Manage production operators, including task delegation, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring.
6. Responsible for warehouse and shipping products throughout Indonesia.
7. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement strategies to optimize factory budget and workflow.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
3. Solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and K3 (OHS) principles.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.
5. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on product quality and workplace safety.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
7. Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive within the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work climate of a startup.
8. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
9. Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia.
